The plan is to make it a weapon that is very powerful dependant on charge, headshots, no-scopes, and possibly buildings yet makes you very vulnerable due to movement speed. This makes it worthy enough to become the newest technology of Mann co. and being called the The Mann Cannonhttp://The Mann Cannon.

On Headshot: Explosion
On Fully Charge Shot: Marks Opponent for Death (If you don't kill that person)
On Fully Charge Head Shot: Instant Charge
On Kill: Instant Reload and 1 Second of Crits
On No Scope: Knockback

Forced Crouching while Charging (These make you vulnerable and could kill you.)
On Body Shot: Marks Self for Death Until Headshot
-10% Speed
No Random Crits (Cause it makes it unable for the killstreak effect; trust me.)

Mann Co. brings the newest weapon technology, the Mann Cannon! It shoots 20mm explosive rounds that can pack a punch to you and your enemies. I'd make sure no one knows you have it because you'll be hunted for sport! This weapon is also known to make people restless with the trigger and uncaring for themselfs.
