~Crit's on Headshot ( Only When 3 or More Bullet's Hit the Head ; Neck or a little bit of the Upper Torso )
-50% Bullet Spread
Cons:
-50% Bullets per Shot
-16,6% Clip Size
~No Random Crit's

I imagined this could be a weapon to hunt down specific classes by the name of Hunter Shotgun

Sides
-M3 to change Ammo type (must empty all shots in an animation and then reload again)
1. anti spy rounds
Pros
-mini crits on disguised/cloaked targets
cons
-50% damage penalty
-no random crits

2. Anti scout
Pros
-slows scout for 3 seconds
cons
-can only damage scout

3. normal (normal shells)


Overall Downsides
-only 3 bullets per clip
-slower fire speed

implying PA isnt already useless compared to normal shotgun

Maybe -16.67% clip size (5 max in clip, 5 shells on the side?) and 15% (?) extra damage? Stats should probably be kept simple for sanity's sake

Some kind of long range hitscan weapon, maybe it shoots some kind of slug. The heavy is purely a close-medium range class and this would help with his versatility a lot. It should fire one bullet. Here are my stats:

-2 max clip size
-minus all the pellets except for one
Hidden stat: That one shot does about 60-70 damage which is like a normal shotgun shot.
25% slower fire rate
10% slower reload speed
+knocks back enemy (More knockback at closer range)
Damage in close to medium range does not change but hitting enemies at longer range (15 and over meters) will do increased damage, the farther away they are.
On hit, puts tracker on enemy. Only one tracker can be active at one time. Trackers can be airblasted off or washed off. Lasts 20 seconds naturally. When the tracker is active, your whole team can see the enemy tagged through walls. You do minicrits to the person tagged, but he has 30% damage resistance against your teammates. The enemy has a team colored outline around them (Their team color) This is kind of a tag and kill weapon, where pick off weak/high value targets.

I think this should be something that could be used to take down bigger, beefier classes.

+20% max primary/secondary ammo on wearer

CONS:
-15% slower firing speed
No random critical hits
You are marked for death while active, and a short period after switching weapons

Marked for death is not such a good con to balance it.
