[idea] option to automatically add 1 person residing in each district/ working in each district
so one thing I like to do is to spotlight people from each district, and use them as a "standard candle" for how that district is doing. eventually of course they die (kinda quickly actually). I'd really appreciate a mod that automatically tracked one person residing in each district, as well as one person working in each district (to pick up districts without residents). When they die or move away, a new person automatically replaces the previous one that the mod selected.

Whilst I have added district information to your favourite Cims, I haven't implemented your suggestion. It's possible, but it's a little difficult, and I've learned through testing that residents of a district vary wildly in their characteristics.

still, when you say "I've learned through testing that residents of a district vary wildly in their characteristics." — I think you are trying to do too much. I really just wanted 1 citizen at random who lives in each district...
