Much like the Soviet Seduction, this seems to be a togglable taunt, where taunting remains active untill the play jumps.

I was then going to complain about the fact that you can move around, but I forgot that conga allows you to move, therefore making this totally valid

You just have to hope the makers of Metal Gear Solid dont sue you...
