Budgeting Suggestions
As of right now, the mod only budgets for electricity, and water.

Ideally, I'd like to have it handle all the budgets, but I'm running into a few issues with what decisions to make as far as everything goes.

Garbage - The budget also increases the amount of trucks currently going around your city, as well as the incineration capacity. I can do budgets here solely on incineration, and maybe do a sliding increase depending on how many people have garbage issues. I'd prefer not to do the second part mostly due to the extra traffic it will cause in the long-term.

Medical - The same as above really. This only comes down to Crematoriums in the long run (since clinics/hospitals have plenty available to deal with your sick people).

Fire - Is this really worth managing? (The game doesn't care where your fire stations are, it'll send trucks from across the map if it needs to)

Police - Same as above..

Beautification - ... yeah.... ?

Education - Maybe increase the budget until it has enough capacity for your students? This may lead to a rabbit hole where you end up with 150% education spending, rather than just plopping down a new building.

Public Transport - It's all tied to "how many of X vehicles will be available". This is really something I think needs a user-touch since capacity here really turns into traffic nightmares. I can maybe do an average of how filled each type is, and raise/lower capacity based on that? (So if you have few Cims using buses, the budget for buses goes down so you're not sending so many out)

If you have suggestions, please let me hear them!

Thats a great idea, But making each one optional would be great.
