when I say slight, I mean situational and skill dependant.
Reason being: Any strong CT team can hold a site, as long as there's reasonable holding spots/cover. This still has quite an advantage for CT's, and an INSANELY FAST rotation from A to B for CT's. If T's take over radio/ramp, they can hold one CT heaven to watch rotate into heaven to A, and 4 on B hiding (radio, closet/cubby, vent, behind silo, etc). Honestly if you have an actual team, it's not T sided.
As for outside, the nuke jump combined with all the cover does seem a bit T sided. They can have an awper hop silo, check garage. None, then he hops onto roof and then crate, picks any people hiding behind/nearby, falls back, team smokes once and rolls into secret. However, if CT's have sights on silo at all times with awper, and one watching outside, T's will have a hard time rolling in, unless garage is smoked, in which case guy watching secret rotate steps near boxes near secret entrance. He can either be the hero, or end up getting 1v4d. However, if they hear the callout that they're going secret, CTs can rotate to secret almost instantly. They have plenty of spots to crossfire, and other spots.
Point being; It's only T sided if you dont work together and you stomp out one by one, using no strats.
