cs_paradise Thoughts and Feelings (Not Available in Spanish) :(
Personally, I have never been a fan of cs maps. I don't know why. It's probably because they seem so Terrorist sided. Looking over this map I found some great things and some not so great things. Let's start with the great things.

First, I like the multiple levels to the... level. Hmmm... that sounded better in my head. Anyway, The multiple levels add a bit of adversity to the map. They allow tactical actions to be performed, both on T side and CT side.

Second, the map design is amazing. I can tell you put in gargantuan amount of effort and time into the creation of this map.

Third, I like that Terrorists have spots to defend hostages in T spawn, but not many to hide in CT spawn.

Fourth, the fact it's a cs gamemode. I like that you looked into this gamemode. It gives such potential into a developing gamemode, and I'd like to see it grow. Thank you for making a good map for the gamemode.

Now critiques:

First, and I know this is something minor, but I wish you could make the doors able to blow up by grenades or break by bullets. By doing this, allows CT rushes to be more effective and quicker.

Second, there are some paths to hostages that seem unecessary. Like the vent in Garage. I didn't even know that existed until my 3rd sight of the map. It also leads to the same place as another path. Another example of an unecessary path is the doors in tunnels. You can easily make a round to the pallets and ditch the doors.

Conclusion:

cs_paradise is a cool map contructed by very talented people. I solemnly wish your map makes into the game.

Thanks a lot for your Thoughts and Feelings. I'm going to pay attention for update this map or for make others.

I love you like the map and I appreciate the welcome that is having!

I can tell you that I have some maps made for CS Source (in a lower level of details...) and I usually make maps in cs gamemodes; Hostages or defuse. I think is in that maps where we have the essence of CS.

About the critiques I think you are right. I could clear the map for some doors and make the play faster for rush.

And about the paths of the right hostage zone I can explain you. In my first idea of the map I thought to make the inside of the restaurant in the secondary square. And the path with the ladder was going to comunicate with the restaurant and go to the mall through its door. In that case the exits of the paths of the vent and of the ladder had been more separated in the mall. But I didn't do that because I was tired of working so and I was afraid to start making the interior of a restaurant XD.

Maybe I could put the doors opened and non-rotating to solve it. The problem is I've only played the map with bots, and the T bots don't stay defending. They allways go to the CT confrontation. Maybe playing with players it would be easier for the T team.
Thanks for the recomendation. If more people think that, I will try to change the doors system in the library zone.

Hey takun!

At the moment I play with my friends "hide ´n seek" on your map :D. I know, its sounds weird but its pretty fun! So i just want to write you that your map is amazing. So much love put into details.
