Ok, I found the link (thanks to [PUG]tonyx1411) Its a tf2 skin, but if you know how to unpack it, then this will work with SFM.

Actually, it is an M4 because the carbine look. It has a short barrel and stock just like the M4 and M4A1. What do you even mean by "machine sniper?"

Also M16 was not long range. It was mostly medium range like many other assault rifles.
