Fun Facts!
in the TF2C files, there are unused voice files for the merc! He says: "Groovy." "Now THIS looks top-of-the-line!" "Yee-haw!" These unused lines were meant to be played when you pick up a weapon in Deathmatch. The first line, as well as other unused lines, are a refrence to the Doom comic.
