I'm not sure if you've been told this already, but your boat in Dawnstar shares the same space as the one in the mod Qaxe's Questorium at the Nexus. Your boat seems to have an invisible wall on the side closest to the shore. This in turn, makes getting in and out of his boat somewhat difficult.

What you decide to do about this is entirely up to you. I just figured I'd bring it to both of your attentions.
