What is the level requirement for this mod?

There isnt one as far as im aware but i have been encountering reasonably tough bandits. i am at level 28 when i started this.

Im thinking maybe the NPC and enemies level up with you like they would in the normal skyrim game.

the mod adjusts to your level, however its good to be atleast lvl 15

I would say, based on my experience, do not try to tackle this at a high level, unless you want to fight walking sponges
