I've found two matrixes that you can use at the upgate station to transport to secret locations (the void address matrix and the boiling matrix) by putting one in the container at the upgate and using the lever. Does anyone know of any other matrixes, or are there just these two? Thanks. This mod was awesome. So much gameplay. :)
