On hit: Outlines target for 3 seconds, timer stacks up to 15 seconds.
All players connected via Medigun beams are outlined

On miss: Outline yourself.

All-class weapon. Signifier for being outlined is a bell icon that shows up above the merc as well as on the HUD. Direct downgrade from the stock knife for Spy, but can serve as a challenge.

Special Taunt: The merc will ring the bell with a confident smile, marking himself as if to dare the enemy to come after him.
