should work regardless just think of the fixed doors as an update to the original map.
The scenario's dependency on the map is only a dependency because theres assets in
the scenario that are on the map, you can take that scenario and port it to another map
and it wont make any difference.
Only time you need to worry about a scenario not working on a map is if in the scenario
your using assets from that map like objects and stuff, that lets say you used an
updated version of that map but that map dont use the same objects, then it would
break the mission, you would get an error stating missing addons ect,.
So no with the fixed door version nothing was changed from the original
other then the doors are working, rather openable.
If you dont trust it, then port the scenario to this map.
