Epoch Crashes Game On Startup

If i try to launch my arma 3 with epoch enabled it crashes my game before i get to the main menu, aparently sitting for 5 mins and waiting fixes it but i have waited for 20mins and its still not loading, i used to be able to play arma 3 epoch mod but now not any more.
