The first time, I tried to join a server and it said I was banned. My game crashed and I got a crash report on my desktop. I went to the site, it said I had broken a rule. Now I've barely played this game and don't know what rule I had broken. I tried to get in contact with the people in charge and gave them my email. No response. My ban was going to be lifted on the 11th of April anyway. I can wait. Now it's the 11th. I try to join a server and the same thing happens minus the crash. I check my profile again it says I'm banned until the 17th for breaking a rule. All I want to know is why the hell am I banned.

TL;DR I got temp banned twice without even loading into a server and have no idea why. Please help.

EDIT: It was playing with a friend before but I can't have been temp banned for teaming because he hasn't been temp banned at all.
