Apex battleroyale error

I get an error and kicked every time i try to play

I can't see other people names or rank when I join a server, is that normal or a bug

Not even playable for me

I will be waiting with a bunch of other people then either before the game starts I will get kicked. Or I will get kicked right after leaving the plane or about to land on ground. :( not a happy camper

By the way I get no error messages when getting kicked. So if anyone could help me out that would be awesome...
