HELP: Most Servers Locked, Red dots on expansions I have

Suddenly all battle royale servers seems red to me, i can't join...

Blue Zone and lack of marker

I've had several runs where the blue circle lies. I'll be well within the zone but suddenly have all my health (I assume the green bar is health) melting away like a Hershey's bar in in the sun. Also not sure what the blu bar means. Does this happen often or am I just playing the game wrong?

inside the circle and my "green bar" was draining. I wasnt shot or anything either.
