When eated:
x2 Speed for 15 Seconds
Heals 75 HP
Refreshes in 60 seconds / on touch with a resupply cabinet.
Has random crits.

if this is going to be for sniper i think it should be this
When eaten
Focus for 15 sec (meaning if you is on fire he doesnt flinch)
recharged in 30 sec

for 5 seconds after eaten you take mini crits

can be trowed to others

or it should be a sandvich reskin
