IPT - Improved Public Transport 3.8.10
Feature request
Hi, I've recently tested the TLM (Transport Lines Manager) mod, and as much as I liked it visually, I found it sorely lacking in basic economic and control features, which is a trade I'm absolutely not interested in.

One option was the most appealing (more like the general idea) - however badly implemented it was...
I'm talking about the ability to set vehicle number (budget multiplier in case of TLM) according to time of day - in pre-set 2,3 or 4 hour slots (to be paired with the Rush Hour mod).
This would allow for additional vehicles to hit the lines during rush hours and limit them when the lines are barely in use and vehicles are riding empty. A great additional option for that setup would be that a setting of 0 vehicles for a specific time slot would result in the line getting deactivated until there is at least 1 vehicle scheduled for service.

Another option suggestion that has been already posted before is for vehicles to automatically (forcefully) unload passengers on the next stop before returning to depot - after being recalled. This way a sort of "despawn" for citizens could be avoided. It's a suggestion based on the TM:PE "Disable Despawning" which prohibits vehicle despawn in traffic - creating a truly realistic traffic simulation - I call it "no cheating in the face of design failure" :D

Hopefully we might see some of those ideas get implemented some time soon.

Otherwise this mod works great and alongside Rush Hour and TM:PE is one of my TOP 3 best mods of all time for any Steam Workshop Enabled game. Continue the great work. Cheers.
