IPT - Improved Public Transport 3.8.10

Is there any FAQ or updated user manual ?
I have several question but can't find answers... The pinned IPT guide has not been updated since last september.

1. Unbunching. Does it really work ? How do you set it ? What's the meaning of this sentence, I keep reading it again and again but sorry it doesn't make any sense to me: "Added a button to the stop info panel which lets you set the selected unbunching state to other stops at that station / position.". I press this button in my busiest bus stations hoping that they'll get the most regular service but I'm not sure it's the way it's supposed to be used...

2. Budget control. What is it exactly ? How does it work ? Is it related to the budget panel ?

3. Rush hour strategy. I'm trying to figure out how to handle the increased variations in demand introduced by this new mod. Should we adjust the day and night budget sliders accordingly and let IPT adjust the offer ? The problem being that moving the sliders too far from 100% is usually a waste of money (running systems under/above the designed level is not efficient)...
I could set 2 sets of overlying lines (daytime and nighttime) and tweak the offer to my taste unchecking budget control but this would induce a massive transit of empty busses to/from the bus depots when the system is switching from day to night, not good either...
Do you plan to do give options to help Rush Hour users to handle those changes ? What do you recommend for now ?

Thanks for your time !

1. Unbunching tries to create gaps between the vehicles.
2. Budget control is the games default way to determine the vehicle count, it uses the selected budget from the budget panel and the line length to calculate the vehicle count.
3. Right now the only way is using budget control with different budgets for day/night.

Thanks for your answers. IMHO you really need to put a user's manual somewhere, I found the option panel (the one with unbunching aggression) only by accident.
I have some request/suggestions to try to adapt the demand with Rush Hour.
1. It would be nice to enter custom unbunching distance targets depending on the time on the day (i.e : from midnight to 5 am: 1500m, from 5am to 9am: 450m, from 9am to 5pm: 700m...).

2. For metro lines nor operating at night, could the mod shut down concerned metro stations not to pay the weekly maintenance fee at night ? (240 * x useless stations would be a nice cut at night).
