with me, i dontknow why but when i create a prizon for someone / the world the snipers just shoot you straight away or the mines are explosive when i havent put any in the map.

Make sure that you have a roof or a floor made out of concrete!

Thats not really an issue, its mainly just a prison development choice, and it could have been limited by something (map editor has a maximum job count of 5)

So I figured out how to make use of the secret solitary workout room but the only problem is that the desks there are empty and the workout stations all don't work. Please help!

Haha, so yeah i probably wont get an answer but, i cant use the grappling hook on that outer building where your desk is, i made it all the way there but cant get down and its the only way to get past that wall i think XD
