Mod doesn't download

Steam doesn't seem to want to download this mod (and at least one other). I started the game up, it said "Downloading TKMutator", I took a nap (leaving the game open and quote unquote "downloading" the mod, woke up a few hours later... It still said "Downloading TKMutator"! What gives?

It happens with some of Workshop subscriptions, but we don't have any idea what is the reason. If you really want to play, try to ubsubscribe it and download archive version.
