Stun if player is 1-10 Feet away

Stun Length up to 5 Seconds Depending on Distance

1,2 Feet: 5 Seconds
3,4 Feet: 4 Seconds
5.6 Feet: 3 Seconds
7,8 Feet: 2 Seconds
9,10 Feet: 1 Second

Chance of Getting Taunt: 60%

The stun should only happen when someone is looking towards your character too. Making it so it wouldn't be a replacement for the sandman.

firstly........ TMS ARE U A DUMBASS, it says in the workshop that this is a TAUNT not a weapon to use on a bunch of idiots, secondly remove this talk about the stats, its making me sick and making me think are taunts that people make are becoming a weapon in the tf2 community, so stop this discussion
