Site down ?

Hi i would like to have a blast on this but following the instrructions that say DO NOT use workshop ect go too this site aint helping as the site is down so i cant download and install the launcher or make an account ?

any ideas

i try proxy but a cant start steam then... and many many enower problems i have

а вобще они походу русских нихуа нелюбят и мой провайдер у них в пермо бане через германию пускает но начинаются проблемы с логином через лаунчер и запуском стима
