My idea for stats? Well unless I'm mistaken this is the kind of knife tht was supposed to catch blades in the two side prongs, making it so you can disarm your opponent. So some possible stat ideas:

Idea 1: You know how you take less damage while cloaked and also debufss last less while under cloak? Make it so that those benefits last while UNCLOAKED and while you're cloaked you take mini crits.

Idea 2: While this weapon is active you take less melee and bullet damage but you take more damage from explosives. Also slower switch speed.
