Stats
- -50% damage from sword-wielding enemies
- Silent Killer: Enemies do not scream when killed
- +20% cloak on backstab, and 30% quicker uncloak

- -50% damage to enemies from non backstabs
- -25% damage to sword-wielding enemies

How about,
Pros:
On kill: Instantly cloak
Silent killer
-40% decloak sound
On kill: Target's corpse turns into smoke
Cons:
Can only backstab
Honorbound:Can only switch to his other weapons upon backstab
-10 health points
No radom critical hits

Seems like too many different stuff for 1 weapon though, ya know
