I cannot reproduce what you reported. I'm using both mods myself. Did you download the latest update of this mod? Yesterday I uploaded 2 little bugfixes and it might be that your steam client didn't download the newest version of this mod. When you load or start a new game could you press [F7] and tell me if there is any error message beginning with "EnhancedBuildingCapacity:". If not you definitely have two incompatible mods activated (doesn't have to be mine).

Then you have some incompatible mods activated

I noticed that enabling custom school capacities is causing the upkeep prices for all educational buildings to drop to 8$ a week.

@Tacopowered - Thanks for reporting, it took a little bit to find a fitting solution, but it should work now :)

I think I may be encountering a bug.

Yesterday I started a new city and all was going great (and with the recent changes you made I even had lots of single family homes).

Today I loaded the save and my population shot from about 3,200 to about 5,200 in about 45 seconds. Suddenly most homes were 3-4 families a piece, which is to say, either the mod is not operating normally upon loading or it might not be functioning at all.

Do you have any idea what might be causing this to occur?

@adamlabecki - I started a few new games now and I tried closing the game and even changing values in the config file. It seems the old way of patching the building AIs doesn't work anymore :nonplussed_creep: I will update the mod as soon as possible.

@adamlabecki - I uploaded the hotfix :) I hope it works again.

Thanks so much julianay.

Unforturnately, it seems that I am continuning to experience the same problem with my save.
Do you think I need to start a brand new game for the hotfix to function?
Stambo 30 Aug, 2015 @ 1:18am
@adamlabecki, I have the same problem :( The mod only works if you do not save and reload, i.e. keep the game open forever. Unfortunately after you load the city, all the values for residential go back to default :( There seems to be a problem with every mod that attempts to change the values of the residential populations.

@a_stambo - I tried to reproduce this for a while now, but whenever I have the mod activated, start a new game, save and exit and then reload it gain, the values on the residential houses are saved correctly. Just to be sure my conjecture is wrong, are you playing on Windows?

Sorry I never got back to you.
Yes, I am playing on Windows

The problem still persist. Is the mod sill maintained?
