authorize_occupation_decision?

So what does the decision "authorize_occupation_decision" do? For 300 prestige I can make all my vassals happy and, according to minor_decisions.txt, "set_character_flag = flag_authorizing_occupations", which does what?

Sorry to miss this for so long!

authorize_occupation_decision (not yet properly localized) gives your military vassals permission to use the Military Occupation CB, instead of just the Military Campaign CB. This lets them actually invade your enemies and conquer their sectors.
