It's all up to the market, and if Valve even decides to put it in. Nobody can give you an accurate price, just descriptions. I like how this skin looks, but Tec-9 skins are fairly cheap so probably nothing too pricey. Odds are Valve WON'T add it. With there being so many amazing entries including this one it's very unlikely for it to be chosen to go into one of the next cases.

I think the thing about Tec-9 skins being cheap is that most of them are fairly common. If this was a Covert skin, or somewhere around there, I think it could be on the pricier end. While I do agree it's impossible to say for sure what the cost may be, it's fun to speculate.
