Note: If this weapon gets in the game Valve will decide the stats, we the contributors only make the models/textures for the weapon.

You can shoot a chain that make enemy goes near you or you goes near enemy.
- + 15% damage
- - 20% speed

makes the bat have the same firing speed and damage as the other classes stock melees (except spy of course)

I think this should be a weapon to finish people off. This weapon should throw scout into a rage and thats just what these stats are gonna do!

+20 damage increace
On kill 3 seconds of 100% crits
-25 health on wearer
75% slower firing speed

This allows scout to kill 125 health classes instantly with the crits (126 damage) but not be able to spam with fast attacking speed. His health drop makes him much more squishy so he can be stoped in his rampage with a couple of well placed shots. He can also whip out his scattergun to kill his foes quickly but ends his rage if he can't kill again with the bat in 3 seconds. This created a whole new gameplay style for scout and make the faster firing soda popper and force-a-nature more apealing then the stock in these situations because they can easily KO a soldier from mid range in two shots with the crits.

I changed 75% to 50%
