When you say telekinesis for NPCs do you mean just give NPCs the spell?
Or do you mean make it so you can lif them up

you could do a spell life a affect spell that gives you night vision and detect life/dead

Ok i'll see what i can do
EDIT: At the moment im not able to do it i gave it a shot and i just have no idea how to do it, im relatively new to modding as well so im not able to do too much in the way of complex things

yeah an aoe spell that puts out a large spinning cyclone of fire ice or lightning

I can try that would it be like the cyclone shout but does fire damage or other types of damage
