First you activate cheats mod and then terminator.
Then in cheatsmod folder in resource/map/cheatsmod in file cheats.mi you need to edit all of {waypoint "3000"} into {waypoint "2999"}. That's not all, there is one more at the very bottom where it says waypoints not waypoint. You edit first line under waypoints which will say {"3000" swap that ti {"2999". Do not touch the other numbers, they are fine.
At last, go to terminator v2/resource/map/single. Then you chose campaign or the new maps added by mod. Then you choose mission itself, for example first mission for US is in terminator v2/resource/map/single/01_usa-skirmish/00b_usa-hurtgen. Then in there you want to open 0.mi and add (include "/map/cheatsmod/cheats.mi") at the bottom just above closing }. You need to do this for each mission, then it should work.
Original creator of this topic mentions to do the edit in map.mi file and it also works, but it is much bigger file and it is easier to make mistake and besides that, some missions (usually those with choosable conditions like Operation Husky in Commonwealth Campaign) do not have map.mi file but do have 0.mi.
Also remember, with these edits terminator v2 won't work without cheats mod activated.
