ERROR spawning...

I downloaded all the npc from fnaf 1 to fnaf 4 and there are no jumpscares in all of them

In all of them it says that there are jumpscares but I only hear the sound and I dont see any jumpscare screen and this happens to me with all the npcs in fnaf, I deleted all my mods and reinstalled only one and the jumpscares are nowhere to be found, they dont appear,
what do I do?
