Opinion about the mod "The Truth Of Brothers"
I decided to write about what impression this mod left to me.
And well, what can I say? It is nice to see that there are mods available in English language as well. What interested me at first was quite evil introduction - some sort of corrupted brother of a main character is definitely quite an interesting story! Will they together try to take control of the camp, causing chaos and mayhem? Or are they after more ambitious, global goals, like the country and, ultimately, the world? - This mod definitely was intriguing...

However, despite the beginning to be more or less satisfactory, the further reading of the story made me thinking that both of these guys ended up not in a camp of 1980's, but in some sort of a kindergarten... Or maybe even a camp full of imbeciles - what other characters said often lacked any sort of evidence, neither you are familiarized how do they see the world, what do they want from it, or at least even their hobbies. This really makes them... Empty, like some sort of zombies if not fools...

The story of course, kind of... Has an evil route, but I myself just ended the story quickly - I was not really in the mood to listen to the idiots living in that camp... :steamfacepalm:

frankly, even the description of Kyle leaves something to be desired - I would say you could add something demonic about him, like making his voice not just bad or evil, but also very intimidating, sending shivers down the spines of those who hear him... And in the text I find this depth quite lacking - it is sort of present there, but it is just mentioned that it is evil, bad or basically not meaning any good. I would recommend adding some details about how characters feel when they hear him - this really would add more depth to the story.

So, that's about it - Not exactly a very good mod, but at least it is a proof that there are English speaking enthusiasts of this game as well. Still, it was kind of fun to read. :steamhappy:
