dragon should power up stats(atk,speed,armor)
and can check stats
i think ..... RPG really
sorry my eng so noob haha
sorry about language
That does sound like it could be rather interesting. if you do implement this then will that also have an affect on giant form?
1. Maybe more experience needed for 18th level and levels from then on. (just an idea)
2. A level cap, where the end-game stats are all, a round 500 or 900? What do You think?
3. I don't like it, but I think it's a good idea in general to increase hunger drain, at least a little, especially with higher level - so you are more powerful, but eat more too. Makes sense, since dragon whelp would be weaker and eat less, while the more... adult form, would eat more. Up to x2 perhaps.
4. Make it so stat increase value is 'rounded up/down'. so it's not 11, 12, 13 or 14 or whatever, but instead, 10, 15, 20... something like that.
5. Shadow ring shouldn't slow enemies down, the slow down feature makes it too OP, you can use it not defensively but also offensively, make all mobs so slow they are basically rooted in place.
6. Make it so using the 'breath' ability uses some hunger, like 10 for an example. Perhaps same for the shadow ring, 5 or 10 hunger.
Personaly I think the exp needed and rate of gain is perfectly fair. If I'm really feeling the need, it's not hard to kill a tree guard, after all!
My main complaint/suggestion here is I feel stuck playing Xcho because I don't like the possibility of accidently setting _all the things_ on fire with my breath powers (with _both_ the fire and the lightning dragons I believe?...it's been awhile since I played anyone but Xcho. But I do remember my entire base and the surrounding forest going up in flames, and I was probably playing the lightning dragon at first.) I don't mind Xcho, but yellow/spring are favorites of mine soo ;)
One other thing I'm curious about is the rate of stat gains - even just a "you'll have x/x/x by level 10, x/x/x by level 20," etc would be nice
I have a few balancing requests (Let's see if some are being implemented)
I'm playing as Xcho (lvl 21), my friends are playing Saphira (lvl 16) and the lightning Dragon [sorry I forgot his name] (lvl 16).
Now a few things come to mind. First, Xcho has a permanent Sanity drain, except when it's near winter, I kinda like that, I have low sanity and farm a lot of shadow creatures thanks to that. Another thing is, Saphira seems to be by far the strongest of the 3 Dragons I mentioned. This is because, she is immune to fire in every way. Firefly almost deals damage to Saphira in 1 way, direct hits, while all other dragons burn to crisp (in comparision). In Summer, she doesn't overheat in any way, while the other dragons are burned to crisp too (If not paying attention to health). Third, breath of fire really burns everything, even the other dragons, so a troll could join and simply set everything ablaze! (Or am I wrong, saw that a few times)
The weakest Dragons seems to be the Lightning Dragon, burning to crisp in Summer, freezing to death in winter?!?
Xcho seems to be the most balanced.
Since Saphira is so strong compared to the other Dragons, is there anything balance-wise that should be done? Like giving those 2 other dragons more stat's up each level?
Just some suggestions for balancing. The Saphira player on my server is a coop player, he doesn't burn down the base or stuff, but you can clearly see Saphiras advantages compared to the other 2, as mentioned above.
Thanks for reading and happy hunting!
Maybe even adjust their damage :).
I like the idea to play a dragon character with the ability to fly, but my friends im playing with complain all the time about 'OP character, too strong' bla bla.
Suggestion:
Enable and disable feature to turn attacks/perks ON and OFF.
Being able to adjust the damage dealt by specific attacks.
