Literally the second of the first episodes; "The Dead Planet" is when they were introduced. :steamhappy:

the Daleks became an enemy since the war between them and the Thals if you have watched the old ones and when the doctor first went to skaro (the Daleks planet) he helped the Thals destroy the Daleks by turning off their power in the city. not only that but in the time of the Daleks creation their creator Davros was trying to make them indestructible and mindless but the Daleks had something else in mind: TOTAL EXTERMINATION. so they exterminated Davros and try to rule the universe themselves until the Doctor comes into play
