+ On hit: Douses enemy to take Mini-crit Damage
+ Hit ally players to Extinguish flames
+ Partially nullifies cloak on enemy Spies
- 20% less Damage
- One swing spills the wine
- 20 second recharge

Nice one man! I like it! Hope we can get this added to the game also and have a taunt similar to his bottle taunt, but with the cup right-side-up of course.

cTF2w already came up with some impressive stats. I'll recap them:
On Hit: Causes enemy to become drunk. View is askew, coated in jarate, lasts 4 seconds.
On Miss: You get the debuff.
No random crits.

Stats:

+ On hit: Player will be come drunk for 4 seconds
+ On hit: Apply Jarate for 4 seconds
+ This weapon Deploys and holsters 25% Faster
+ Hitting allies on fire will extinguish them

- On miss: Hit your Self
- No Random Critical Hits
