-30% Uber duration
+25% Heal rate
-50% total over heal
-25% Ubercharge
During Uber any damage which would effect the player 10% of that total damage will be reflected back and harm that player. e.g a soldier shot a critical rocket that does 360 damage at the uber player. a total of 36HP would be taken off the soldiers health. The Uber effect only applys a bonus 75% heal rate and +50% over heal.

I think for the medigun it should have a 20% overheal penalty with 10% healing rate penalty, and a 20% Uber rate. The medigun itself could hurt enemys. with the Uber (when activated) it would have a 60% increse in healing rate and would grant 100% chance of mini crits.
