Musha's Viper and Sunny
Does anyone by any chance know how if these items are available in Don't Starve Together?

They are. I've been using them to kill Mctusk and most of the harder mobs from range. Viper melee damage is pretty weak at first though. You'll have to kite alot and use its poison. Be sure to use Lightning for damage boost.
