I think that this gun isn't needed for spy because he already has a lot of revolvers. Engineer in other case doesn't have a lot of secondarys. Maybe it could be a reskin for a stock revolver.

I think this would be fun for engi and spy. It could have a duel mechanic (like soldier and demo have with the half-zatoichi) which would feature some sort of bonus against enemies wielding the same revolver.
