-30% reload speed as he has to load each individual bullet into the chamber
a little bit off bullet drop off aswell so you cant snipe with the extra accuracy and to make it more of a close quaters weapon

If the gun had these stats
Damage 9-25 (Slightly higher than base)
1.8 second reload (significantly higher than base)
Slower firing speed
Slightly less spread. This gun would be horrible. The reload speed is almost 2 seconds making it useless in a team fight, the damage is near equal to a pistol, and the only thing to compensate is the accuracy (which isn't much either).

when pressing alt+fire the cowboy (engineer) will shoot 75%+faster

+If you have survived 150 damage in one life then you get 25% faster speed, 35% faster firing speed and headshots
- 80% less damage
- 50% smaller clip size (it's a revolver)
- No random crits

+350% slower firing speed(a bit slower than the rev for the spy)
+315% damage boost (a bit more damage than the rev for the spy)
+crits on headshot, can only headshot on the first strike afterbeing drawn
+25% faster weapon switch(reference to gunslinger/quickdraw)
+100% accuracy on the first shot within the first 3 seconds of being drawn, all other shots will have a 30% less accuracy
-10% reload speed(1.496 secs until it is reloaded)
-50% clip size(6 bullets per mag)
+30% damage and projectile speed

alt fire: the user will to see the spies on the opposing team for 2 seconds.

+15% faster reload time (it's a revolver ffs)
+20% damage while no sentry is deployed

Alt fire - Trades accuracy for attack speed ( for them pesky spies)

Taunt: Normal taunt unless another engie with the weapon is nearby and taunting, then they have a game of quickdraw (with a system kinda like rock paper scissors, so the winner is random)

+100% higher accurate ( bullets go STRAIGHT )
on right click you go into third person mode and wait for another engi ( has to be enemy engi or spy ) with the revolver and the other engi presses "G" and then there is a duel, ( there goes 3 seconds and then the engis can shot the other ) but you have half health so say if you had Ca. 50 hearts then you only had about 25 hearts ( and yes i know thats like the taunt for it but i think its just a duel between engis OR spy



on taunt the engi just sots himself ( it atters how many bullets he have left in the revolver ) so say the engi has 4 shots left and he taunts he has a small chance to kill himself but if he had a full magasine he would die when taunting ( or there will be little high chance to him that he actully just dont shot ) OR again if he had no shots left he would do it and survive or just take the revolver down and go back to narmal ( i guess )

Alt-Fire: Quickly empty all shots in rapid succesion at the cost of accuracy (Use at close range)
