Anybody else get a vibe from the Walking Dead about this misc?
Reminds me of the Governor, the way this set is portrayed.

Main influence was actually mad max 2/the road warrior. kinda do see a resemblance though.

The Governors Eyepatch only has one lower strap, but I immediately thought of that, too. Amazing. I'd love this in-game.

But this looks like it's based from Fallout 3. Like,y'know,the burned out cars in the background,The Wasteland set name,and there have also been other Fallout sets,like some sets for Pyro... And scout wearing Manntreads for some reason...
