I call this "Soviet Spirit"

Heavy Does pretty much a combination of Meet The Medic and Soldier's Coffee Taunt (Sorry forgot the name :v), and when he does, a Soviet style orchestra plays in the background killing nearby enemies with a knockback effect with the Red Army Symbol appearing behind him. :eli:

EDIT: Also a little nova effect like the pyro's rainblower taunt.
