Team Fortress 2

The Persistent Persuasion
This topic has been pinned, so it's probably important
Mod?
This would be an EPIC replacement for the Tomislav.

i think it should be left out altogether. its pretty much a direct copy of the tomislav

Thank god you're one of the rare kind of Workshop devs that actually posts a mod to try after a request!

Looking forward to using it in-game, to see how it looks.

Thank you! I hate it when I see amazing items on the workshop without skin downloads.

Hit the windows button(this is for windows where it gives you a little menu in the bottom left corner. Idon't know what you do on windows 8) and click on the computer tab and go to local disk. From there go to Program Files (x86) and find the steam folder. Then go to steamapps and go to the common folder and then find the Team Fortress 2 folder. Inside the folder go to tf and there you will find the custom folder. This is where you put the .vpk file.
To reiterate: Local disk (C:) > Program Files (x86) > Steam > steamapps > common > Team Fortress 2 > tf > custom
Follow this route and you shall find true happiness.

Would it be so bold to ask for this as a mod for the standard minigun and the botkiller variants?

A bit, and quite unrealistic.

No more unrealistic than a variant for the brass beast or any of the other miniguns it can replace.

Turns out none of the mods work. The models work fine, But the textures are missing. When I launch TF2 it shows up fine but its covered in purple and black squares and the backpack icon is simply a purple and black checkered square. Is this a problem that only I am having? I haven't actually tested all of the mods but I have checked 3 of them and they all had the same problem.
EDIT:
Didn't read the description fully. I saw the mod link and said "OMG MOD" and downloaded it without reading the instructions. Sorry about that.

What i meant was that you'd have to make a crapload of mods for every single heavy primary, and that would just be a huge pain.

Oh. That makes sense.

There's no default minigun version because that gun still uses two models, one for first person and one for third person. So that would require two different looking models for that mod to work, instead of the one model which the rest of the minigun items use.
