Honestly, these are perfect stats for the SMG, I want a gun that would make you panic.
Something to catch you by surprise and make you run around the corner like a Sentry, Jarate, an Ambushing Pyro/Scout, or an Demoknight.
I wish they gave the SMGs some kinda buff because, although dificult to pull off, an SMG can kill most classes in 2s given the player has aimed correctly

The less damage and firing speed should be considered, i don't know about slowing an enemy. If they added that effect, it would no longer be a re-skin, and would be referred as 'good' without a downside.
