Here's a method, make a solitary confinement room (Like one space wide) between the SCP's containment and the entrance. Make a prisoner go to solitary, then lock the door to get into solitary and lock open the door to the scp chamber, then, release them from solitary and they will wander into the SCP's containment.

smart guy btw there is another way for it to work place scp 096 in a room lock shut the entrance to 096 chamber and spawn a d class he wont be in handcuffs untill the door is open
