I know, I know, I'm literally months late, but I've just gotten into this mod and I think I've figured this out.

First of all, testing only seems to work with SCP-513. When you click on it, you should be given the option to summon a D-Class. When you click it, one of your prisoners will be tased and teleported into the room. After that, click SCP-513 again and click 'begin test.' If you don't see this option try to summon another D-Class.

The prisoner is now affected by SCP-513. If you click on the prisoner, you should see 'Affected by SCP-513' and a bar for mental health at the very bottom. Once the prisoner recovers from being tased they will either be escorted back to their cell (if the chosen prisoner was serving lockup/solitary) or will leave 513's chamber. This is fine.

From here, go to your research center. You now have the option to start T-1, T-2, T-3, and T-4 testing. I'm not too clear what the different stages are, but I'll keep messing with it. Toggle scientist sends a foundation scientist to either the prisoner's cell or their location. I'm not sure about this yet, but I'll keep messing with it.

513 will eventually kill the test subject, driving them to commit suicide. Once the subject expires, you can submit the reports, which from what I can tell doesn't do anything. Then, rinse and repeat.

Keep in mind that clicking on the research center will tell you how many test subjects there are and how many reports are ready to be submitted. I'm not sure what the delay is for, possibly for another SCP?

Good luck!
