Stats?
Well.. if this WILL have stats...

PROS:
Instead of jarate, causes the enemy to catch fire (Pyro will be coffee-d... jarate-d.)
Causes damage for 10 seconds.
+20% recharge rate (make this usefull.)
Pyro's will deal mini-crits to a coffee-d enemy, other's will heal 25% of the damage

CONS:
-25 HP
Coffee-d enemies can move 20% faster.

i just love 20%, do i?

This would be an cool christmas weapon!

Pros:
Heals 10% of your health with right click/alt fire
Players will be set on fire if thrown

cons:
You can set yourself on fire
-15% afterburn damage

How about this:

Pros:
Heals allies will be healed +10 health when thrown at... (for 15 seconds)
Make players covered in hot chocolate (same as bleed but gives a little more damage and lasts for 20 seconds)
Make players faster

Cons:
Pyros cant be covered in hot chocolate
If and evil pyro airblasts the Hot Chocolate then he can give crits from any allies that get hit by it
Evil heavies with Holiday Punch get ally effects

Hope you enjoyed it and wanted to even things out so I made 3 good, 3 bad

Edit: to the creator, can you make the candy cane on the blu team white and blue, instead of white and red

On throw enemy gets super hot (7 seconds)
+35% Movement speed on wearer
+60% Fire vurnablity on wearer
+30% Regen rate

-60% Projectile speed
-40% Weapon switch

i just love 20%, do i?

I like it. But to improve it... here's what I would do. (Note: probably going to have to tell these as tips as you are waiting to connect to a server.)

Pros:
Pyros instead being able to be coffee'd, pyro would automatically play an animation where it would look disgusted(3 seconds), and take 2 seconds to try to shake off the coffee. (overall, you make pyro waste 5 seconds and make them be vulnerable.)

Normal taunt will heal player, like the sandvich.

Cons:

the 3rd time an enemy pyro gets coffee'd, it will play an animation where they wlll become angry, gaining invulerabilty and cirts for 4 seconds.

After the 3rd time, pyro getting coffee'd will have no effect.

On maps where there's snow or cold climate (Valve and map creators would have to put in a coffee check mark if there is snow or cold climate there) you lose 2 hp per second, unless you consistantly use the taunt which will let the cold vulnerability be disabled for 10 seconds. Decreases every time it has been used.

When enemy gets coffee'd they gain 5% movement speed until un-coffee'd

Enemy Pyros can de-coffee thier teammates by airblasting them, like when they are on fire.
