Hunter's Residance

Hi I love the mod but I'm slightly confused about the hunter's residance. Is it supposed to go on top of the hunter's cabin? Cause I can't seem to make that work if it is ^^;

You place it near the hunter's lodge from this mod. And when they are fully built, they look like hunters lodge from basegame.

Do only the hunters live in the residance? People moving into the house furthest from their job has always bugged me.
